Returns
Please note that since your order is a custom made product in the size and color of your choice your order will be non-refundable.
This is due to your order being made to your specification and therefore I will be unable to re-sell these items. Please make sure you order your correct size and contact me prior to ordering for any questions.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty, or if something is wrong with the order. Felicia reserves the right to deny returns for reasons such as ‘change of color’ as it is your responsibility to check description, color chart and email me with accurate measurements so i can assist you with sizing and all the help you need prior to checkout.
If you do notice that you have selected the wrong color or size right after your order has been made, email me as soon as possible (before I start sewing your order) and I will change this for you!
